2020 In The Bubble is an exhibition reflecting on our experiences in the Border Bubble, in the year 2020. We all have a story to tell and this exhibition is a response from our community to show the images and video we have captured during the year.
Details about the Exhibition
The exhibition will be an opportunity for audiences to come together and share in the healing that we need to process the year 2020.
The medium for this exhibition is photography and videography, created by local members of our community within the Border Bubble.
Some images taken were documentary style of the changes we have seen in our community, including changes to Albury Wodonga Health, the COVID Clinic in Wodonga, and the Border Blockade that happened later in the year.
Other images were taken by primary school children about how they dealt with the ever-changing COVID situation and home schooling, and the various emotions they experienced during this time.
Some photographers could only capture images on their daily walk, or at home with their family, pets and gardens.
A few managed to get creative and adapted to capture images that expressed their feelings not only of despair, anguish and fear, but also hope, resilience and connection.
Please join us in a look back at 2020 In The Bubble, we look forward to sharing our stories with you.
