Description
‘Monoliths’ is a series of images created during a time of personal stress and a fight with depression. Photography became a way of dealing with stress and trauma, the images depict loneliness and isolated landscapes and cityscapes in monochrome.
Shot mainly along the east coast of Australia with a brief foray into Tasmania, the images were a means of forgetting daily life and escaping into another world.
Treachery Beach
The yearly pilgrimage to Seal Rocks and Treachery Beach, storm time again at the end of the day.

ARTIST BIO
John Wallace has been shooting both professionally and part-time since the early nineties. He is fond of the bleak and believes every sky needs clouds, the denser and greyer the better.

The printing process we use, with the best quality pigment ink and archival quality cotton rag paper, will keep your artwork in perfect condition for your grandchildren to enjoy.
